You love the game. You work hard and you want to be more of the player you know you are. Competing and getting better at something you enjoy are challenging and take hard work. They are also fun.
Becoming a better player means becoming a better athlete. Improving your speed, strength, agility and fitness go hand in hand with improving your technical and tactical skills. Developing those qualities is also one of the most important ways to help reduce the likelihood of injury and stay on the field training, competing and having fun.
We create a positive environment and provide quality training with a long term approach that is designed to help players flourish. As a result some of our players have accomplished some pretty cool things for themselves. You can check some of those out here.

I started working with Tim in high school after my goalkeeping coach recommended him. Since then I’ve seen numerous results. I got leaner, stronger, my agility improved, quicker feet, more efficient better lateral movement and, better fitness. My vertical jump improved and Tim helped me get my ankle back in shape after an off-season injury. I came into my college season fit and ready to go. Working with Tim I’ve learned how to take care of my body. Tim has a great approach to training and working hard. Unlike some trainers and coaches he listens to the players and what we want. If we’re hurt, tired, sore or something doesn’t feel right he adjusts the training to our needs. His workouts are constantly adapting. Each time I come there are new materials, new workouts and his enthusiasm for them is great.

“I watched my son, varsity goalie for St. Louis Park High School, win its first sectional game against Hopkins. It came down to a shootout, and he made the first shot for Park and stopped the last shot by Hopkins for Park to win the game. Sitting alone in the stands as people filed out, I realized how much he owes to his goalie coach, Terry Leiendecker, and his trainer, Tim Clark. Without Terry, he’s in the wrong spots throughout the game. Without Tim, no explosion, no 31inch vertical leap, no strength. Thank you Terry. Thank you Tim. He’s so happy these past four years to work with you both.”
