It’s true of any sport at any level. We build on the basics, the simple things that provide a platform on which we create the advanced amazing stuff. Extending your physical capacity in any area – strength, speed, agility, fitness – opens ups more possibilities in your technical and tactical game.
If you don’t have a winter sport you’re invited to join our physical training program at FITspace on Tuesdays after school. We start a new session after January 1, 2018. Tuesday sessions build on the Sunday night team sessions. This training is designed for your team to support the work you do on the field and built around your practice and tournament schedule.

- Speed, agility and quickness for soccer
- Personalized strength training based on your development, needs and goals
- Mobility, balance, and movement skills to reduce injury and support your sport skills
- Recovery and wellness practices to help stay healthy
DAYS AND TIMES : Tuesdays. There are two options – 3:30 or 4:30. All sessions are 60 minutes.
DATES: We will offer a second block of training beginning in January.

Training is led by Tim Clark . Tim is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® who works with college and high school athletes from around the metro area.
